Welcome to the Red Rooster Scrapbook & Gift Barn!! I invite you to come scrapbook and make cards in a 100-year old restored barn. The barn is nestled in a beautiful small mountain valley town located in Mantua, Utah. I have scrapbook and card making parties throughout the year. I provide gifts, meals, snacks, desserts, prizes, and lots of fun at each party.

I am having a SCRAPBOOK RETREAT OCTOBER 9-10, 2009 at the Crystal Inn in Brigham City, Utah! The fun will start Friday at 10:00 am and end on Saturday at 5:00 pm. A hot dinner will be served on Friday and a hot breakfast on Saturday. Snacks and dessert will be provided. You will receive a gift when you arrive. We will also have drawings and prizes throughout the retreat. The cost is $45 each for four in a room, $55 each for three in a room and $75 each for two in a room. I hope you can come! First Thursday of each month for three months we will make three fun cards. Refreshments will be served.

GIFT BASKETS - I also sell gift baskets for all occasions. Each basket is one-of-a-kind, and I am always coming up with new inventive ideas for different gift baskets. Custom-made baskets are also available to order. The baskets range in price from about $12.00 to $32.00. Along with baskets, I sell small gift items and greeting cards for all occassions! BATH SALTS - Soothing and therapeutic! Made from real natural sea salt with nutrients and minerals. The bath salts are made by San Francisco Bath Salt Company. I sell the bath salts packaged in a darling gift bag with raffia and gems and attach a wooden scoop with it. I also sell them in canning jars to give it that "red rooster country look." I have many scents and colors. You may just bathe in the salts or use them as a scrub and exfoliant. Try it. It is wonderful!

In addition to opening the Red Rooster Scrapbook & Gift Barn in October of 2008, I have been running a bookkeeping/accounting business for the past 14 years (Hurd Bookkeeping Inc.). I still provide bookkeeping/accounting services for my clients on a part-time basis.

I have always loved to scrapbook and at least twice a year I go on overnight scrapbook retreats with my friends. It is my love of scrapbooking and creating that led me to creating the Red Rooster Scrapbook & Gift Barn.
